The goal of this project was to create foundational functionality that would support physicians assuming responsibility for a new patient at admission or after a transfer. The functionality needed to provide a safe and easy comparison of two lists of medications (exact list dependent on whether the patient was at admission, transfer, or discharge) in order to create a reconciled list of appropriate medications.
